KAAST Machine Tools is a growing supplier of new CNC & manual machine tools and metal fabrication equipment serving manufacturers across North America. We work with fabrication shops, machine shops, OEMs, and manufacturers across a wide range of industries.
We are looking for a motivated Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aldan, PA, just outside Philadelphia. This is an opportunity to work directly with manufacturers, sell high-value industrial equipment, and build a long-term career in technical sales. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and technical products—not high-pressure retail-style sales.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a motivated Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aldan, PA, just outside Philadelphia. What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and warm leads from manufacturers and fabrication shops
- Speak with customers to understand their applications, production goals, and equipment needs
- Recommend CNC machinery and fabrication equipment solutions based on customer requirements
- Prepare quotations and follow up throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Track opportunities and customer activity within CRM software
- Coordinate with internal teams including applications, service, and operations
- Attend Industry trade shows
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales, account management, customer service, or industrial/manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once
- Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, production managers, and machinists
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred Experience
- Industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales experience
- CNC machining or fabrication knowledge
- Experience with capital equipment or industrial machinery

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and technical products and wants to build a career in industrial sales. Manufacturing or machine tool experience is helpful, but the ability to communicate well, learn quickly, and build customer relationships is equally important.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Aldan, PA 19018, near Philadelphia. Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance.

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
